  • Drinking apple cider vinegar helps to reduce the bad cholesterol levels.
  • It is most popularly known for relieving arthritis. Drink one or two tablespoons of the vinegar mixed with 1 cup of water twice daily, to ease the arthritis pain.
  • Apple Cider vinegar is believed ease the effects of sunburn. Use a cotton ball to apply the vinegar on the sunburn affected areas of the skin.
  • Apple Cider vinegar is an effective home remedy for dandruff by destroying the fungus Malassezia skin and restore pH balance of the scalp skin. To get rid of dandruff, apply a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and water to scalp and let dry.
