Benefits of Figs or Anjeer

Figs or Anjeer is a tasty healthy fruit consumed in multiple ways. Beside eating the delicious raw anjeer fruit, powder of the dried fruit is consumed by mixing in the milk for many health benefits.



Anjeer is a good source of carbohydrate, protein, dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals like iron, calcium, potassium, sodium, sulphur, etc. Let us have a look on some of the anjeer benefits for health:
